Session Proposal

If your proposal is in the submission system by the deadline of October 6, 11:59 PM PST, you will have until Wednesday, October 11, 11:59 PM PST to finalize.

If any of the presenters listed on your proposal DID NOT receive their login credentials, we will be sending an email to them after the October 6, 11:59 PM PST deadline. Please add your presenter's names and emails to the proposal and if the proposal is complete please SUBMIT.

The 2024 Annual Meeting & MuseumExpo open call for proposals is now closed. The Content Advisory Committee will review proposals and issue notifications by January 2024..
